Non-Refundable Services: Due to the nature of digital educational content, once a membership or test series is activated, fees are non-refundable.

Technical Errors: If any payment is deducted but not reflected, please share the transaction details within 48 hours. Verified failed payments will be refunded within 7–10 business days.

Cancellation: Users may discontinue renewal at any time. No partial refunds will be provided for mid-cycle cancellations.

Refund Exceptions: Refunds are only applicable in cases of duplicate payments or technical errors on our side.
